Financial assistance
To be eligible, you must reside within the designated 29 zip codes served by CCSC, have a household income that does not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and have lived at your current address for at least four months.
You will need to provide proof of income (like your last two pay stubs or benefit statements), proof of residency (such as a utility bill or lease agreement), and a government-issued ID.
Financial assistance is limited to once in a 12-month period and a maximum of three payments over your lifetime.
You need to gather the required documents and then submit your application. For detailed instructions, please contact us.
The program does not specify an application deadline, so I recommend contacting us for the most current information.
After you apply, your application will be reviewed, and you will be notified about the status of your assistance. If approved, payments will be made directly to your service providers.
