Rising Together Initiative

A rolling-enrollment cash-investment fund modeled on the New Mexico ASCEND partnership — approximately 600 participants at steady state, referred by a network of local partner organizations. Participants receive $500/month for a variable duration of 2 to 12 payments depending on their circumstances, subject to a $6,000 lifetime cap. Eligibility is not static: referring partner organizations submit a monthly eligibility check-in for each active participant, which triggers, pauses, or resumes payments. Participants who exit eligibility may later re-enroll and continue drawing against the same lifetime cap.
