Eligibility — Participant Type

  • Applicant must be an individual or member of a household directly impacted by the Eaton Fire and seeking long-term recovery, disaster case management, resource coordination, unmet-needs assistance, or related recovery support. EFC disaster case management is intended for households that cannot recover on their own and meet applicable local eligibility criteria; priority may be given to households facing greater barriers to recovery.
