  • Applicable DMV replacement fees are waived for qualifying disaster-related replacements; dollar value depends on document type. (One replacement per lost/damaged document or vehicle record as needed.)

  • Provide the identity, driver-license/ID, vehicle, registration/title, placard, plate/sticker or record information required for the specific DMV transaction.
  • Tell DMV the request is disaster-related so the applicable no-fee disaster assistance can be evaluated.
