- Provides Eaton Fire survivors free coordinated rebuilding and permitting guidance from County planning, building, fire, public health and related agencies at a single One-Stop Permit Center.

- No fee for the One-Stop advisory service; value varies by the technical help received. (As needed during the rebuild.)

Documents needed
- No universal document checklist is required for basic advisory consultation. Bring property/APN and relevant project plans/records if available. For an actual permit submittal
- the County separately requires the permit application materials (for example architectural plans and the applicable application form for in-person submission).
